MYTHO, born Sirajuddin Shariffudin, is a Malaysian graffiti artist and muralist whose journey into art emerged directly from the street. Without formal fine art training, MYTHO carved his own path into the creative scene through raw practice, persistence, and an instinctive understanding of urban visual language.
The name MYTHO symbolizes a “myth in art”—a self-built identity shaped by experience rather than academic convention. Beginning as a street tagger, MYTHO was drawn to the energy of graffiti: fast gestures, bold movement, layered letters, and the expressive freedom of public space. What started as writing evolved into a deep fascination with vibrant colour systems, complex letterforms, abstract shapes, and rhythm-driven compositions.

Graffiti became the force that kept MYTHO moving forward. Over time, his practice matured from street writing into full-scale murals, event-based artworks, and creative direction, while remaining grounded in the discipline and ethics of graffiti culture. Since 2014, MYTHO has been actively involved as a full-time muralist and graffiti practitioner, collaborating with a wide range of local and international creative organisations, brands, communities, and institutions.
His works are characterised by high-energy palettes, layered typographic structures, and dynamic spatial flow, often responding directly to architectural surfaces and urban contexts. Rather than treating walls as flat canvases, MYTHO approaches each surface as a living environment—where movement, scale, and public interaction play a critical role. This sensitivity allows his murals to function both as visual statements and as social connectors within the city.
